VIP group works to raise awareness and challenge issues around discrimination.

The trainers will meet with your organisation to plan individual training packages. We meet as many times as necessary to ensure the training day fulfils your organisations aims and objectives.

Your staff will be trained by people whose day to day lives are affected by their difficulties. During the training day participants will work alongside, and interact with the VIP group all who have learning and or hidden disabilities.

By the end of the day your staff will feel confident working with customers who have challenging needs.

You will have learnt and tried out a variety of practical skills which you will be able to use in your day to day work.

The VIP’s are very open and willing to share their difficulties, hardships they have experienced throughout their lives.

Trainers with years of experience working with people with learning disabilities and hidden disabilities.

Our relaxed approach to the training helps staff to acquire the skills they need through a light hearted and fun approach even though they are tackling some challenging issues.
