What is Mate Crime?
Mate crime is when someone says they are your friend, but they do things that take advantage of you, like ask you for money a lot.

A Good Friend will not take any of your things or make you do things you don’t want to do.
What to do if you think Mate Crime is happening to you or a friend?
If someone treats you badly, you must tell someone you trust.
This could be
- your family
- your support worker
- your social worker
- community nurses
- a member of staff at a day service
- One-to-One (Enfield)
