The course is over 3 days and has lots of different activities including small group discussions which makes the learning fun and meaningful. By the end of the course you will gain an accredited qualification from the Open College Network which you can add to your CV. The training will enable you to contribute to discussions in a safe environment and develop your self-confidence. There are usually around 15 learners doing the training. You will have the opportunity to work alongside people with learning disabilities and autism.

It is busy 3 days and during this time you will learn about:

- Equal Opportunities and Diversity
- Disability Awareness
- Health and Safety
- Communication and Listening skills
At the end of the training you will have the opportunity to meet with our Volunteer Manager Nusrath Jaku who will either find you a volunteering opportunity within One-to-One-Enfield or sign post you to different organisations depending on what you want to do.
