We're Hiring: Operations Administrator
One to One Enfield is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team as a senior member of our Administration team, supporting the smooth running of our office and providing effective admin, communication and support to our Director of Operations and Activity Team.
This is a front-facing role at the heart of our charity — you'll be the welcoming face for our members, volunteers and visitors, help coordinate our Activity and Events Calendar, and support our community of neurodivergent and learning-disabled adults to access our services.
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 12 hours per week over 3 days in office (some flexibility on days/hours for the right candidate)
Base: One to One Office
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, office administration experience, and the confidence to build strong relationships with our members and volunteers — especially those with lived experience of learning disabilities and/or autism.
