All our staff work part time but there is always someone in the office Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 3pm.

We would love to hear from you about any ideas you have or if you'd like to get involved in our mission to support Autistic adults and those with learning difficulties to live a more inclusive life.
Fiona Jackson
Fiona's primary focus is to ensure that we deliver our aims and objectives whilst engaging our local community.
​
If she's not supporting the needs of our members, you'll often find Fiona enjoying time with her family or friends in a cafe or theatre or looking after one of her eight grandchildren.

Andrew Harrington
Andrew's main focus is to ensure our office and processes are all in place. Our front office and back end processes are all running smoothly.

He also works closely with Fundraising and Engagement to ensure our message gets to those we can really help and work with.

Andrew works 4hrs flexibly across the week (mostly remotely)
Jay Bansal
If you phone in to the office, Jay is usually the one that greets you. He manages our general office in terms of houskeeping and he's also the one who works on social media and staying in touch with our members via Facebook.

Jay loves to travel, within the UK and abroad and he is passionate about the arts, regularly going to the cinema, theatre, art galleries.

Lucy Monaghan
Lucy is delighted to be our new Activities and Events Lead. She has a background in Performing Arts and part planning, as well
as teaching drama and singing. She studied Musical Theatre and has appeared in lots of musicals over the last few years.
She is a dog lover and has a lovely rescue dog called Harvey. She is really looking forward to creating some wonderful activities for all our members.

Bob Pisolkar
Bob is a longstanding member of
One-to-One staff, co-ordinating trips and activities such as gardening club.
"My job is to help members enjoy the activities I do with them. Its great fun. My favourite colour is yellow. I like chocolate and cheese, but not at the same time. I especially enjoy cycling. I support Spurs, but always feel anxious when I watch them."

Charlotte Clements
I am Charlotte, one of the Activities Co-ordinators. I have an academic and personal background in Psychology and Performing Arts and have been a part of many plays over the last few years.
I am also a theatre and film lover and when not working, can be found enthusiastically watching/chatting about my favourite films/plays/musicals. I have lots of fun facilitating the wonderful activities/events we run with our members.

Joe Marshall
Joe is a Peer Support Worker within the Autism Hub. He supports autistic adults on an individual and group basis, helping them navigate life through shared experience and a working knowledge of the services available outside of One-to-One.
He is a prolific volunteer and one-time Arts & Culture editor for Exposure Youth Media. He enjoys travel, reading and electronic music.

Georgina Daniels
Georgina is One To One's newest member of staff! With a background in social and community organising, she's excited to join the charity as the Volunteer Lead and will be on hand to manage all volunteers new and old.
They love music, reading, nature walks and cycling. They are currently seeking an Autism diagnosis after receiving a late diagnosis of ADHD during the COVID-19 Pandemic. With this lived experience, they are hoping to support our members and volunteers in ways that are compassion-led. In their spare time, you will find Georgina making playlists on Spotify, snacking, or bird watching in the park.
